HTTP 423 Locked means the resource is locked (WebDAV). The request contains an error or can’t be fulfilled. Retrying unchanged won’t help.

What HTTP 423 means

A WebDAV client locked the file for editing, and other clients can’t change it until the lock is released or expires. You’ll see it with SharePoint, Nextcloud and other WebDAV servers when someone else has a document open.

No. Fix the request first; sending it again unchanged will get the same response.
