Use Byte Encoder
Transcode bytes between UTF-8, ASCII, hex, binary, Base64 and decimal notation. Start with the sample, select the options and run the tool. Copy or download the result after reviewing it.
Behavior and limits
Numeric encodings represent bytes, not Unicode code points. UTF-8 decoding is strict and rejects malformed sequences. Decimal byte values must be between 0 and 255. A leading UTF-8 BOM is preserved as text.
